Beef Broccoli Recipe

Very quick to prepare and cook! I had the time of my life when I discovered I can easily prepare my go-to Chinese stir-fry easily! Feel free to adjust the proportions of the seasoning sauce according to your taste. Personally, I like to put more hoisin sauce because I like it sweeter.



  • 1 lb flank steak or tender cut beef (make sure to get the thinly sliced one)
  • 6 oz small broccoli florets
  • 1.5 tbsp cooking oil

Seasoning Sauce

  • 1.5 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Hoisin sauce


  1. Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or wok
  2. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and stir-fry for additional 2 minutes
  3. Stir in the seasoning sauce. Bring to a simmer and serve
